Leadership Tomorrow is a 9-month immersive leadership program rooted in Orange County and dedicated to a single, powerful belief: the leaders of today can become the changemakers of tomorrow — when given the opportunity to explore, discover, and connect.
We don't train leaders. We empower them to do more, reach higher, and go farther than they could have imagined.
Each year, a carefully selected class of 25 leaders from across sectors — private, public, and nonprofit — comes together for a shared journey through nine workshop pathways. Through immersive field trips, thought-provoking speakers, and community exploration, participants gain insights that change not just how they lead, but how they see themselves and their place in this region.
