There are nine pathways that lead to unique opportunities to learn, to question, and to grow. Whether someone is new to the area or a lifelong resident, LT introduces them to people and places outside the boundaries of their world. It's an adventure that goes behind the scenes to create unexpected experiences and a deeper understanding of a place they thought they knew.
A signature element of the program is LT Connections...a monthly invitation for class members to meet one-on-one outside the classroom, laying the foundation for a lasting network of leaders and changemakers who move forward, ready to make a difference.
Leadership Tomorrow expands your mind and opens your heart. You learn about your community, yes — but you gain in-depth insights into yourself and your purpose within the community. You realize you're an integral part of this place called Orange County, and you have an important role to fill in new and unexpected ways.
