Each year nearly 30 orange county community leaders participate in the Leadership Tomorrow program. A non-profit organization founded in 1987, Leadership Tomorrow serves the communities of Costa Mesa, Irvine, Newport Beach and Tustin, and is supported by many community-minded organizations. It is no secret that business people are better prepared to lead and serve a community when they understand its inner workings, and Leadership Tomorrow provides a “backstage pass” so class members can see firsthand how things really get done in Orange County.
Each year, Leadership Tomorrow showcases various aspects of the community over the course of nine monthly workshops between September and May. More than 100 speakers, panelists and authorities on all things Orange County provide a crash course in their areas of expertise.
The Leadership Tomorrow program provides an unparalleled opportunity to learn about the community infrastructure and local service delivery agencies in Orange County. Our graduates connect with a distinguished and avid cast of public and private sector speakers and panelists, which allows them to participate more aggressively in finding creative solutions to community issues. On a personal level, the Leadership Tomorrow program plays a small part in helping people lead a life of significance.
Leadership Tomorrow alumni credit the program with helping graduates build relationships with a multi-generational group of leaders from different careers.
