Goals: Develop a list of candidates for Board consideration for annual LT award presentations:

• Excellence in Leadership Award: Awarded to an LT alumnus who has demonstrated outstanding community leadership, inspired by their own LT participation. Presented at the Government Day Guest Luncheon. 
• Outstanding Community Leadership Award: Awarded to a non-LT participant who demonstrated outstanding leadership in community service for the Costa Mesa, Irvine, Newport Beach and/or Tustin communities. Presented at the graduation ceremony

Goals: Develop a list of Board of Directors and Executive Committee candidates for Board consideration.

Goals: Administer LT class selection process; application review, scheduling applicant interviews with Board members, development of class roster recommendation to the Board.
